RECI W4 100W CO2 Sealed Laser Tube

I ordered the laser tube, tube arrived. It looked alright so I installed the new 100w RECI laser tube. As soon as I powered up and started pushing coolant into it, the laser tube had a invisible crack which was a fatal flaw. The coolant lines bled into the entire laser tube housing making this product inoperable. That was about May 15th give or take a day. I immediately contacted the company but it was a Friday afternoon so I had to get back to them when something could be done. Since my kids were graduating high school, it took me a week to get all the information over and over again to them. Gave them pictures upon pictures of the packaging, the labels, the fatal laser tube. They filed a claim with the shipper. It is now July 6th 2026 and I still do not have a replacement laser tube . They say these take time. So a business would be totally out of luck (waiting 6 weeks ish so far) since they will not send another laser tube until the shipping claim goes through. So either wait if fork out another $1k for another tube. If I don’t have one soon, I’ll be forced to file a claim with my financial I stiution since lightobject.com is taking their sweet time and in no hurry to get my replacement. So what happen to their warranty? Seems like they do not want to honor the warranty and are putting it in the shipping company (which is a legit option) but in the meantime I am screwed while waiting to use my inoperable machine due to a defective product that was sent to me. So what happens if the shipping claim is denied? Am I going to be screwed by lightibject? To me it seems to lean that way since they won’t honor the warranty or send me a replacement tube. Just my experience so far. The evidence indicated that the laser tube was damaged during transit, not due to a manufacturing defect. Shipping damage is handled through the carrier's insurance process rather than the manufacturer's warranty. We have been actively following up on the claim and will continue working toward a resolution. We appreciate your patience and want to make sure this issue is resolved properly

i've reordered several times now for this same tube, and it always arrives safe and working perfectly once installed. I love lightobject

I have owned four SPT 100W tubes and this RECI tube is a huge step up in quality in terms of dot size and roundness.

I flipped the wrong switch and damaged my laser tube. LightObject was out of stock of the RECI tube at that moment, but I sent off an email. A week later when a new tube arrived, I drove out to Sacramento, Marco unpacked the tube, tested it in front of me, and repacked it so I could get on my way immediately. I was looking at losing a month of productivity while an untested tube arrived on a slow boat from China, but thanks to LightObject I was up and running in about 10 days.3/17/2018

I purchased my laser machine about a year before I bought this tube, and it came with the lower end tube. The tube was only guaranteed for 300 days, but my machine only had 400 hours on it. The staff at Lightobject have always been super friendly and professional. I have toured the facility looking at a few of their machines, and this purchase was no different. I called and got a call back after leaving a voicemail, and they were very understanding about my warranty issue. This tube was super easy to install, took about 20 minutes including wiring, and I bought extra wiring to make sure I had enough. It's a special kind of wire and Lightobject carries it by the foot. They hand delivered the tube, and the delivery was expensive but it was SUPER carefully packed and came the next business day from Sacramento to Manteca. I will definitely be buying my parts from Lightobject again. 3/2/2017
