Any damage that happens on the shipment; the buyer must report to us within 3 business days after receiving it. If failed to do so; this will result in the rejection of all claims. Customers must file a report to the carrier and keep all shipping materials handy for inspection. We're not responsible for any internal cracked after receiving, any damage caused during transportation covered by insurance.  The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of a replacement tube if the order date is out of 30 days. Warranty acceptance or denial is subjected to the decision made by the tube manufacturers. Lightobject is not responsible for a denial under any circumstance.

I've wasted so much time in my life...

I've bought a few 35w tubes from Marco over the years for my Full Spectrum Pro 20x12 and Hobby 5th Gen and they have all been great. I decided to try to fit this tube into my Pro laser, and I'm blown away. My jobs used to have to run at 1000 dpi, half speed to get the depth I was needing. Put this one in, first job was at 500dpi, 80% speed and it's way too deep! I'm going to be saving probably an hour on my big jobs, which I run up to 10 hours a day. Chances are I'll be able to double my production with this thing. Wish I didn't wait years on this...

3 years and still working well

UPDATE: We've been running this tube in our Makerspace laser cutter for 3 years now. It gets heavy use and is still going strong. Highly recommende. We will definitely buy this tube again.
