Summary:
 
If customer's location is within 5 miles travel from our facility, there is no travel expense charges.
 
Customer is responsible for a round trip travel expense for our technician.
 
For example

If the total travelling time is less than 1 hour, the quantity of this fee is one.

If the total travelling time is less than 2 hours, but more than 1 hour,  the quantity is two.
