LightObject’s G3015 is a professional-grade fiber laser cutter that features up to a 8000-watt fiber laser Raycus/Max source. NLight or IPG is avaiable. Capable of cutting up to 300mm/s with repeatability down to 0.02mm, this unit is a must-have for any metal fabricator!

Fiber lasers offer increased speed and precision as well as less job cleanup when compared to hybrid CO2 lasers or plasma cutters. This increased speed doesn’t come with drawbacks, the G3015 can cut through materials six times as thick as our Katana Hybrid CO2 Laser series.

The G3015 also features an autofocus system for metal cutting applications, eliminating the need to manually focus the laser between jobs. In order to ensure ample torque when driving the sizable gantry, the G3015 utilizes dual-motor technology on the Y-axis. We have also utilized a chain-driven system in the G3015, eliminating the backlash and other inconsistencies that are commonly associated with belt-driven systems.

Setup is easier than ever thanks to the included PC with pre-loaded software, which also displays job progress in real-time and supports a wide variety of vector art formats. Due to the power output of this unit, water cooling is required. As such, a LightObject 3000W chiller is included with the purchase of this unit.
