Fixing a dual laser head CO2 machine with Trocen TL5269 CCD Vision controller

A customer in Carson City, Nevada, contacted LightObject for help with a dual-head CO2 laser machine equipped with a Trocen TL5269 controller and CCD vision system. One of the two lasers was not firing properly. After inspecting the machine, we identified the problems: poor laser beam alignment and defective mounting hardware.
