Cleaning chiller's water pump

When dirty things are stuck inside the water pump, water flow rate will be low and laser tube can get damaged.

The following steps apply to many chillers, not just Lightobejct chillers. Please check their warranty first, we are not responsible for any damage.

Drain out water first.

1.Unscrew two screws on the bracket to have more room to work.

2.Detach the water tube from the pump.

3.Unscrew the pump's four screws.

4.Use a piece of wire to clean the "channels."

5.Put everything back and test water leaking.

It is better to keep the water line clean so we do not need to do the above. When it is hard to get the exact replacement, we have to clean the old pump.
