LightObject’s Solo II is a desktop laser engraving/cutting machine that features our X7s DSP.

The Solo II Z table version allows you to control the height of the work bed to better accommodate various size materials, with a up lifting force of up to 8lbs. The powered Z table version has about 3.5" of z travel. The no Z table version has 7 inch of room when honeycomb is out of the tray. Step distance is about 3/4inch. The top and bottom positions are 4.5inch apart. The laser head barrel can be adjusted up/down by up to 10mm for easy focus.

Its high x axis speed(>700mm/s) can shorten time on engraving jobs. It is also designed for easy maintainence. The included 40-watt tube is capable of cutting up to 1/4” acrylic, making it ideal for hobby, woodworking, school projects, or virtually anything else you can imagine. To use the machine, you will need air assist(pump) and a water chiller. Exhaust fan is needed to remove smoke.

First Co2 Laser - Perfect buy !

I bought a Solo II with the Z table, a Q600W chiller and LightBurn as my first setup. The machine itself is really well build with open source parts. I'm very far from an electronic pro but the initial setup took me about 2 hours. The LO-X7s controller is very intuitive. After about 30 min of looking around, I was totally in control of the machine. The only small snag I have with it is the place where the ports are located. Located at the front/right of the machine and prone to break when you reach for the on/off switches located at the back/right. Simply solution though, simply unscrew and put them inside. Work like a charm with LightBurn. As for LightObject CS, wow ! International shipping was a breeze and they answered my before and after questions in no time. Help me out with a mirrors misalignment at the beginning. Will do business with them in a heartbeat.
