EC3 Fiber Laser Metal Cutter

This is the basic but professional-grade fiber laser cutter features up to a 9000-watt fiber laser.  It is capable of cutting up to 800mm/s or frame speed at 1200mm/s with repeatability down to 0.03mm accuracy. This unit is the most popular laser machine in the market.

Fiber lasers offer increditable speed and precision as well as less job cleanup when compared to hybrid CO2 lasers or plasma cutters. This increased speed doesn’t come with drawbacks, the EC3 can cut through materials 50 times faster Hybrid CO2 Laser.

The EC3 also features an autofocus system for metal cutting applications, eliminating the need to manually focus the laser between jobs. In order to ensure high torque when driving the sizable gantry, the E3 utilizes dual-motor technology on the Y-axis. We have also utilized a Rack-pinion driven system in the EC3, eliminating the backlash and other inconsistencies that are commonly associated with belt-driven systems.

Setup is easier than ever thanks to the included PC with pre-loaded software, which also displays job progress in real-time and supports a wide variety of vector art formats. Due to the power output of this unit, water cooling is required. As such, a  2000W chiller is included with the purchase of this unit.
